Villa Romance is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom, beachfront villa located in Punta Mita just 35 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, close to the Four Seasons Hotel. The villa was recently completed, with stunning décor and beautifully landscaped gardens that open out to a pristine white sandy beach and the crystal clear water of Punta Mita.

There are two grand master suites, one with oval Jacuzzi tub, his and her separate showers and outdoor shower; the other master suite has a king bed, its own deck and outdoor Jacuzzi tub. Both are spectacular and well appointed. The third bedroom has its own private rooftop ocean view deck and private living area with pullout sofa bed. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and private porch. And the final bedroom is designed primarily for children with 3 individual beds and its own rooftop deck. Room amenities include embroidered bathrobes and towels, deluxe bath amenities, hair dryers, fresh fruit and flowers.

There is large oval swimming pool that is a highlight of the villa overlooking the ocean and grass lawn sided by wonderful tropical plants including orchids, bananas, pineapples and a collection of exotic palms. The beach in front of Villa Romantica is fluffy, white sand finished by the sand bottom, beautiful blue-green pacific ocean. Water temperature is warmer than Hawaii and is picture perfect.

The villa also boasts a media room, wine cellar, wine tasting room and 2nd playroom, a state of the art water purification system, air-conditioning throughout, a palapa for outdoor dining and a wonderful grill. Also included in the villa are surfboards, kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and two golf carts. Tennis and golf are available nearby at the Four Seasons Hotel.

The gourmet kitchen overlooks the ocean and offers first quality equipment. Villa Romance personnel will assist you with any office work (fax, telephone, internet, typing, etc) and will also coordinate any outdoor activity for you as private boat trips, golf and tennis at the Four Seasons Resort, whale watching (in season), horseback ridding tours, massages, shopping tours into Puerto Vallarta, among others. Villa Romance rents with housekeeping, garden and maintenance personnel and a cook.
