Property Information
This elegant accommodation for 10 people is part of a beautiful historic complex owned, loved and respected by the same family for more than 400 years. The whole property has been totally restored in 2007. Equipped with every comfort and luxurious facilities and characterized by charming touches both in the furnishings and the details Pace has been restored maintaining its originality and structure. It was personally furnished by the owner with the intention to have guests live a unique experience of times past. This property consists of two main parts, the villa of the owner with its magnificent main court (not available for rent) and the old rural courtyard that has been converted into15 large and beautiful apartments featuring many facilities. Our rental, Pace, is located outside the old courtyard and it has its own independent entrance.
In case of large groups it is possible to rent one or more apartments of the estate together with Pace. The decorations, the style and the quality of materials of the apartments are as good and elegant as Pace. One, two, or three bedroom apartments range from 50 to 110 sq. meters. All feature large living rooms with sofa bed for an additional two people, a fully equipped kitchenette, Sat TV, and Internet Connection.
Just outside of the beautiful courtyard there is a large park with tall hedges and age-old trees where the guests can find moments of absolute tranquility. The whole property is located in a very quiet spot; on one side you have the surrounding large park and on the other side it borders on a Golf Club. Just in front of the house is the private garden that surrounds the courtyard and has garden furniture and shaded areas. There swimming pool, which is long and narrow (5x16 meters) and is shared among all the guests of the property. The guests can also enjoy a sun bath on comfortable deckchairs.
The lovely town of Peschiera del Garda is at about 3 km with many nice shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Thanks to its strategic position, it is an ideal starting point for unforgettable cultural, artistic and naturalistic excursion.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.From this floor a staircase leads to the last 2 floors of the house, which are located in a very romantic tower.
Tower
On the first level of the tower there is one bathroom with bath tub with shower head. On the second level of the tower there is one double bedroom.
Outside Area
The outside area consists of the surrounding park, golf course, and landscape views.
