An imense 62 foot x 36 foot infinity pool sits among 76,300 square foot garden that serves as an outdoor living space, with access to a private beach 400 yards from the villa.
Villa Smeralda has an easy yet elegant feel, furnished with many moraccan antiques it is a perfect summer retreat.

Ground Floor:
Living room with single sofa bed leads into the dining room with seating for 24 guests. Large picture windows and glass doors leads from these rooms to the patio and gardens, where you will find additional living space in the dining tables and lounge chair found on the terraces and poolside. The fully equipped kitchen is reached from the dining room. Further on are two Double bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom with showers
Lower Level:
A staircase downstairs leads to a third bedroom with its own bathroom with shower that is ideal for children or nanny. Windows look out onto the garden.The adjacent laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, and ironing equipment.
Fifteen yards from the main house, via an open pathway are two cottages for additional sleeping areas.
Cottage 1:
A large loggia, furnished with a low table and cushions, leads into two air conditinoned bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a King bed on request, and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Cottage 2:
This cottage is made into two air conditioned bedrooms and their own en suite bathrooms with showers.
This property has no window screens.
There are a few steps both inside and outside of the house.
