No words nor Photos can describe this villa, so be prepared to be breathless when you enter the grounds. Luxurious, extravagant and elegant all pale against the real experience of Villa Isabella. This estate is in a borgo-type setting which consists of the main villa with attached wings sleeps 25 guests and another smaller stone building that contains an additional three bedroom suites adds another 6 guests. If you need more space, it is possible to rent the owner's apartment for an additional 4 guests bringing the total to 35.
Completely private, it sits on a hilltop surrounded by 28 acres of beautiful gardens including a swimming pool, croquet lawn, tennis court, gardens, fully furnished terrace with retractable awnings that can accomodate 36 guests, a large pergola and hidden car park.
Dating back to the early 1400’s, additional buildings were added to the main one in the 18th and 19th centuries and more recently in 1997, resulting in one of the most magnificent borgos ever created. The cluster of buildings centers on an original stone-paved courtyard.
Ideally located between Siena and Florence,this private Tuscan villa is the finest property we've come across. It is rare to find a villa of this size with such high standards. Fully air conditioned, elegantly appointed throughout, extensive grounds that include a tennis court, swimming pool, croquet lawn, sauna and large terraces, it effortlessly handles large groups and is ideal for weddings, family reunions and business meetings.

MAIN VILLA

GROUND FLOOR: The very spacious living room with archways and walls of local stone is comfortably furnished with a mixture of upholstery and antique furnishings, throw rugs and oil paintings. Three dining rooms with magnificent vaulted ceilings open into each other so you can dine comfortably in small or large groups. A wall of glass doors face the large terrace with awnings and tables and chairs to accommodate thirty-one guests. The large main kitchen is ideal for gourmet cooks or you can hire a chef to prepare your lunch and/or dinner. Past the dining room there is a spacious double bedroom suite with bathroom with tub. This bedroom also has its own private entrance from the gardens. Another bathroom is located on this floor.

PIANO NOBILE: Main entrance leads to the TV room with large plasma satellite TV, DVD, VCR and Play Station, writing desk and large windows overlooking the courtyard. Large covered terrace that can seat twelve, bathroom with tub, family chapel with frescoes, single bedroom with beautiful views and en suite bathroom. Double bedroom with sitting room and en suite bath with tub. A few steps up to the king size bedroom suite and a few more steps to reach the en suite bath with tub and wall mounted shower. Queen size bedroom suite with canopied bed and en suite bath with tub and wall mounted shower.

FIRST FLOOR: Living room that opens to a large balcony with views of the gardens and adjacent buildings with the Chianti countryside beyond. Corner king bedroom with magnificent views and a large en suite bath with tub and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
