I'm Nick Jones, owner of this delightful West Maui oceanfront property.

I've have had hundreds of guests from around the world experience the magical quality of this quiet and romantic place. Whether you are a honeymoon couple, a 50 year anniversary couple, a family, or just friends wanting to experience Maui, I'd be delighted to have you as my guest!

Hoyocho Nikko #206 is in a small (18 unit) complex. It is a very private, quiet, romantic place! The grounds are meticulously maintained and beautifully landscaped! There is a gorgeous, private, white sandy beach that is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or turtle watching right from our shoreline! The beautiful pool is direct oceanfront and it is very inviting! There are also grills directly on the water that are perfect for preparing a delicious meal and then enjoying it, and the view, on the lanai!

From our lanai/balcony, you'll discover a spectacular, unobstructed view of both Molokai and Lanai islands, as well as the shimmering Pacific Ocean. And during the winter months, you'll see the whales migrating directly from your lanai! It is breathtaking!

Sunsets are an incredible experience at this magical place!

Hoyochi Nikko #206 has been recently renovated from top to bottom and is kept in excellent condition.

Unlike the high-rise tourist hotels, you'll find the atmosphere here to be quiet, private, and very romantic. We want you to feel as if you have your own "home away from home" right here in paradise!

* 2 Bedrooms. Upstairs loft bedroom has a California King-sized bed. The air-conditioned downstairs bedroom has a comfortable, new queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have new, high quality bedding and linens and are extremely comfortable!

There is also a high-quality queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
