Property Information
Located in the United States Virgin Island of St.John is a ravishing 5 bedroom 5 bathroom island paradise getaway. Along with Saint Bart’s, St. John is considered one of the wealthiest of the Leeward Islands and carries a have affluence. Situated 4 miles west of Saint Thomas and 4 miles Northeast of Tortola. The island is only accessible by boat with a ferry service running hourly from St. Thomas.
As soon as you see the double mahogany doors you will know that you have indeed booked the perfect luxury vacation getaway. Open air, waterway views, and Caribbean foliage immediately create an ambiance of paradise. A great room opens to a wooden covered deck facing St. Thomas. Bask in the breeze and enjoy fabulous al fresco meals, at night enjoy the starlight nights.
The master suite is equipped with a queen size bed and a pullout sofa bed. Two of the other rooms are equipped with two twin beds. One of the twins is adjoined to the master suite for the comfort of younger vacationers. Each room is fully air conditioned and has an adjoining full private bath with luxurious decorative shower.
A Private Pool overlooks the Caribbean Waters with wonderful landscape. On the pool deck is a wet bar and a half bath and shower facilities. The pool deck is lined with lounges and chairs in both shade and sun to accommodate all vacationers preferences.
Amongst the upscale villa’s, Crystal Sea-view is close to Hart Bay, Chocolate Hole,as well as the center of Cruz Bay. A short 10 minute drive and you’ll find yourself at the famous North Shore beaches of the Virgin Islands National Park.
For vacationers still addicted to technology, our villa is equipped with high speed wireless access as well as full cable on the television and DVD’s and VCR’s.
