One lot back from oceanfront with gorgeous views of the ocean. Your vacation begins when you enter the all weather under house entry to the ground level with laundry facilities. Head up the stairs to level one where you will find a hall bath and three bedrooms. Enjoy a cool breeze while lounging on the large wrap around deck accessible by two bedrooms and hall access. On level two is the great room with living area, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. The fourth bedroom has access to the semi-private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The large well furnished sundeck and screened porch top off this level. A spiral staircase leads to the cozy loft with TV. Chillicothe welcomes you home.
