Property Information
These beautiful, spacious, light-filled and airy units are conveniently located in the famous “Romantic Zone” on the South Side of town, just six blocks from the popular Los Muertos Beach and the best shops and restaurants in Old Vallarta, a 10-minute walk from the heart of downtown. Our condos were completed in December 2006, with luxury and comfort in mind. At Eden’s Little Garden, all the custom-designed furnishings and details have been skillfully hand-crafted by local craftsmen and artisans, lending the unit a unique, authentic Mexican character. The wall decorations are either originals or reproductions of Mexican artists’ work.
The fully-equipped, modern kitchen and baths feature locally produced, hand-painted tiles and top of the line appliances. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with pillow-top mattress and lightweight down comforter, opens to the terrace and view. Floor to ceiling sliding glass terrace doors from the bedrooms, living room and den make for a truly indoor/outdoor living experience. Here in Eden’s Little Garden, you will have the best of both worlds: all the comforts of home - with Mexican charm.
The 3-bedroom condo is 2,100 square feet, on two floors connected by a wrought-iron spiral staircase, and a 24-foot wide balcony on each level - perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails, and see the nightly fireworks over our famous Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Available AFTER June 1st, 2010.
