Property Information
The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with ensuite bathrooms, which open directly onto the pool deck.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and double shower and double sink. the other two guest bedrooms do have queen size beds and bathrooms with single shower & sink. On the lower level there is an additional guest bedroom with a two twin beds (one is a trundle which raises to standard height) and bathroom with shower. all the bedrooms as well as the living room do have a/c units.
The villa is fully furnished with top of the line furniture throughout and has a very spacious pool deck and pool. you can enjoy the Atlantic breeze and stunning views of beach and oyster pond.
If rented as a two bedroom the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. if you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms an additional fee of $ 200.00 per week is required for all seasons.
Note : Due to the driveway turn around, mini vans are not recommended unless parked on the road.
