A 1-minute walk to Dawn Beach, a beautiful beach that is a local favorite; which offers great snorkeling, swimming, bodysurfing and full service beverage and food service at waters edge. With the recent completion of the Westin Dawn Beach Spa Resort and Casino within a short walk, a luxurious blend of spa and exercise facilities are available. The Casino provides the most elegant, on island gaming facilities as well as 3 oceanfront restaurants and lounges! At about 80 feet above sea level, the villa overlooks the very origin of the island's division into two separate countries.
