Property Information
Your villa has a large living area and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and towels. In the living area, you will have access to cable TV and free local phone service. Feel free to take full advantage of the great Florida weather by relaxing in the covered veranda and private swimming pool, all complete with lounge chairs and garden furniture. Swimming pools may be heated at extra charge, allowing for a warm dip during cooler Florida temperatures.
We offer 3 & 4 bedroom standard villas with a minimum of 2 bathrooms in each. A 3 bedroom standard can sleep up to 6 guests and a 4 bedroom sleeps up to 8 guests.
All our properties are uniquely located directly inside the Lakeside Golf Course. A paradise for golfers and tourists alike, this location is known for its lush greenery and peaceful bliss.
Our villas are located in Central Florida, therefore an excellent operating base for exploring several recreational possibilities in Florida.
Come and enjoy the comfort and luxury in our 3 or 4 bedroom villas. Built to accommodate 2 to 8 guests, these villas are a true home away from home. With wonderful amenities that include central air conditioning, well equipped kitchens/bathrooms, comfortable and cozy bedrooms, and screened in lanai swimming pools.
The spacious floor plans and warm decor the villas adds to the individuality of each home, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Reservations:
All accommodation reservations are subject to availability. Reservations will be confirmed by fax or email within 24 hours of your request for availability. The confirmation number must be quoted on all correspondence and vouchers. All reservations are not valid unless confirmation sheet is signed and faxed or (e)mailed back to our office.
Cancellation:
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60–30 days prior to arrival at US$250 for reservation up to 21 days and US$500 for reservations longer than 21 days. Cancellation 30–0 days prior to arrival no refund.
Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.

Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $85.00.
