Property Information
From its perch on the hill above the bay, the ocean horizon is visible beyond the trees even from the ground floor, and the view from the higher floors becomes progressively better.
Two brand new three-story houses are set in a grassy courtyard with a small pool. On the ground level, a terrace by the pool faces the sunset. The living area opens onto the patio through two sliding glass doors. This large space is divisible by a retractable wooden wall that splits the space down the middle, creating the possibility of a ground floor bedroom with its own private bath. Also on the first floor is the beautiful new kitchen with granite counter tops and giant windows that flood it with tropical sunshine. The dishwasher, large electric stove with oven, and the refrigerator are all stainless steel and brand-new. All of the appliances, cooking and serving items are new and tastefully chosen. A laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink open off the far end of the kitchen and a small washroom as well. There is a half-bath at the base of the stairs.
An arched doorway with relief ceiling leads from the living area to the hall and the base of the majestic stone stairway that curls around itself as it leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor are three bedrooms. Two identical rooms with queen-sized beds share a bathroom between them and each open on to a common rounded patio overlooking the tropical forest foliage. A third ample suite with its own private bath and patio overlooks the pool and has a spectacular view of the ocean fading into the sky in the distance.
Up another circle of stairs, the fabulous master suite takes up the entire third floor of the house. A double-sized patio door makes almost an entirely glass wall facing the sunset. From this height, the beach at the south point of Tamarindo Bay is visible, Captain Island and the seascape horizon. A spacious bathroom doubles as a spa with a Jacuzzi on one side.
Tucked at the end of the street, this is a perfect spot to escape the world and enjoy the peace and quiet that awaits you!
