Tucked away on secluded loop you will find this two story, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with an amazing living room and lovely views of the ocean and forest canopy. About a mile from the center of Tamarindo, it’s a short 3 minute drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
As you walk into the house you find the very spacious living room with a big screen TV, long couch, and big glass windows that open to the backyard and pool. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped for you enjoyment. There is one bedroom downstairs that opens to the pool and gazebo.
Upstairs from the terrace of the two front bedrooms is a lovely view of the ocean, tropical forest, and the Langosta estuary. All four spacious bedrooms have private bathrooms attached.
This home is gated, private, and safe. There is a garage attached to the house with washer/dryer and a large parking area. The backyard is a perfect venue for entertaining with deck area, pool, and gazebo.
