Property Information
Marco Island's Angler's Cove has all the amenities necessary for a first rate vacation. The riverfront complex is ideally located on beautiful Marco Island. It is close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Boat tours, fishing charters, and boat rentals are right next door. Bike rentals are nearby. Tropical, lovely downtown Naples is 20 minutes away with its first class restaurants, elegant shops, and galleries. Also in Naples are golf courses, malls , museums, a zoo, and a philharmonic center for performing arts. The airport in Ft. Myers is a 50 minute ride.
The complex itself as 2 large pools, 3 Jacuzzis, and tennis courts. Also on site is a waterfront Tiki bar and restaurant which provides entertainment on weekends.
Our updated, attractive condo is on the 5th(top) floor. It has new cabinets, appliances, and flooring. It has a large bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. The pleasant lanai overlooks the pool with a
lovely view of the Marco river beyond. There is a laundry room 2 floors below.
An island resident, the owner, is a retiree who takes pride in making his guests feel comfortable and at home.
