Property Information
This is the perfect space for families and groups to use as a base for many of the local activities and attractions.
Sleeps up to 10 and 12 if you use the pull out living room couch. Two bedrooms have double beds with a single upper bunk, master bedroom has Queen bed and a single day bed with ensuite bath. Double pull-out in the living room and a quality foam single mattress under one of the beds for overflow.
The home is well equipped and always is stocked with basic staple condiments. Large deck with a Gas BBQ, parking for two-plus cars. One hour from Buffalo Airport for oversea's friends and and easy drive to the home. You will not be disappointed. Linen service available at a small extra charge. Two TV's, both with cable, one with a VCR and one with a DVD player.
Minutes from Holiday Valley for the Ski or Golfer in you. This resort was voted # 1 in Southern New York for the past two years. During Summer time, the pools are there if golf is not on your agenda. One hour from the Canadian Border (Peace Bridge in Buffalo).
