Property Information
A privately owned 10+ acre estate dating from 1740, Fustic House is set on a ridge above the St Lucy coastline, a mere 200 paces from the beach. Redesigned in the late 70's by Oliver Messel, Fustic has sublime views of the Caribbean Sea and the west coast. The privacy, location and splendor of the gardens provides a lush, tropical escape that rejuvenates the senses, and the cuisine (regarded among many as the best on the island) prepared by Fustic's private chef make this home unique amongst the great properties of the Caribbean.
There are 6 bedrooms: 5 ensuite and 1 with adjacent bathroom. (Two in the Great House, two bedrooms in the Plantation Wing and two bedrooms in the Messel Wing). The beach is in close proximity, a short walk away via a new beach access.
The cuisine at Fustic is exemplary, prepared by the in-house chef, Kenroy, who has received international accolades from previous guests for his creations (not to mention his sublime homemade ice cream!).
The efficient and friendly staff at Fustic House will do their utmost to make your vacation at this unique home a memorable one. Children are welcome.

Guests at Fustic House can now enjoy the services of the luxurious Port St. Charles Club. Restaurant hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm for breakfast and lunch, dinner from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Clients can also enjoy the pool, change rooms, lockers and most importantly the beach.
**The Security Deposit is $2,500.00 plus a $2,500.00 telephone deposit . In Fustic House clients can use the phones at anytime for all overseas calls, because of this the security deposit will not be refunded less than 90 days after return from the island.
