This villa is ideally located in the residential area of Pointe Milou facing the wild part of Pointe Milou, the ocean and Turtle Island and is blessed by a constant breeze. You enter by a lovely gate opening onto a small patio leading down to the villa. The white light living room features large and comfortable off-white sofas facing the terrace with the pool and the ocean view. At the back, the dining area for 4 people and the gourmet kitchen are located in the same room. Upstairs, a mezzanine offers an additional guest bathroom. The new air-conditioned master bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and offers a sea view.
