Located in the quiet area of Pointe Milou this charming St. Barths style villa has beautiful views of the ocean and hillside. There are two terraces, one with jacuzzi and an enclosed area for dining. The interior living room is furnished with built-in sea blue sofas with overstuffed comfortable neutral colored cushions. The kitchen is off the living room. The cozy bedroom with 4-poster bed opens onto the back terrace where the jacuzzi is located. Very charming, Mediterranean-style tropical gardens and flowering plants. Delightful pool area with Mexican tiles. The villa has a pleasant view with constant breezes.
VER1 can be semi-connected to VER2 via an unobtrusive garden-gate making a great set up for larger groups, thus having a total of 4 bedrooms/4bathrooms, plus a a very small additional bedroom suitable for a child or single adult.
