Located in the quiet area of Pointe Milou this charming St. Barths style villa is on the edge of a cliff with dramatic ocean views. There is a newly enlarged bedroom in a separate bungalow, blue, white and airy. The interior living has a comfortable blue and white checked fabric on rattan/wicker furniture. The kitchen is adjacent to living room and is well equipped. There is a pool on the front sun deck, which has a lovely view. There is a covered courtyard in the center for dining. This villa is on the windward side of Pointe Milou and therefore has constant cooling breezes.
The villa has a couple of options, a 2nd bedroom & bath are available to rent or VER 2 can be semi-connected to VER 1 via an unobtrusive garden-gate making a great set up for two couples traveling or a larger family, thus having a total of 4 bedroom/4 baths.
