Property Information

Sandalwood House is located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate in St. James, Barbados. This lovely villa has been recently renovated and has many modern facilities including two 37” flat screen T.V’s, both with cable and one with a DVD player. The house also has wireless internet.

There are 4 beautifully appointed air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three of these are upstairs, with the 4th bedroom on the ground floor and all of these are outfitted with luxurious, 300-thread count Egyptian cotton bed linens. The ground floor bedroom is very suitable for children & teenagers, as besides a double & a single bed, it also has bunk beds. There is also a 5th full bathroom on this floor. An open-air terrace and dining patio lead to the pool & Jacuzzi, with views across the 13th tee on the Old Nine golf course. There are 6 lounge chairs and a double day-bed on the pool deck for tanning, as well as a covered Gazebo for casual lounging.

Tenants renting Sandalwood House have the use of the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach where 8 sun lounges are provided for the enjoyment of guests, as they bask in sun and the sea.
