Property Information

At only 800 meters from the beach so called 'spiaggia degli Inglesi' on Ischia island, there is "Abelarda", facing the sea with its 2,500 square meters of patios, verandas and terraced gardens decorated with palms, marvelous bougainvillea and various flowers. This stylish villa, found in one of the most residential areas of the island, is immersed in the greenery of a lush hillside shared by other villas, and at the same time maintaining privacy from one another. "Abelarda" has been built with an excellent external area: the kitchen has direct access to the furnished portico for dining, next to it there is the patio with elegant lounge furnishings for moments of relaxing. One side of the pool is situated in front of the two patios, and the other side enjoys the sea views. The exceptional aspect of "Abelarda" is that the pool is filled with water from the thermal baths and has a temperature that allows you to bathe even in the cool weather. During the summer months the temperature of the water can be regulated to the desired temperature. Inside the villa all the rooms are spacious and well furnished, with a stunning panorama looking out toward the sea. At 1km you can find a shopping center with a supermarket and various other shops.

DISTANCES: Port of Ischia is 3kms, Forio is 6kms, Cassamiacciola is 4kms and Sant Angelo is 12kms. The Naples Airport is 25kms and the Rome Airport is 260kms.

Air-conditioning, a telephone, extra maid service, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner. These extra services are paid locally in Euros.
