Villa Kyody (KDY) is a very attractive South American style villa located on the Marigot hillside. It has lovely views over Grand Cul de Sac, Tortue Island and the ocean. Recently renovated both inside and outside. A pool and wooden deck blend in perfectly with the landscaping. Arched doors and windows are found throughout the property and all rooms have a pretty view, whether over the sea, the pool or the patio. The large living room is in the center of the villa with a well-equipped galley kitchen and separate dining room on one side. Doors open from the living room onto a sunning terrace, which then becomes the pool deck. The dining room opens onto a charming cobbled stone back patio and wooden deck nestled in the garden. The area is furnished for outside dining and relaxing. A perfect villa for that well deserved holiday.
