This exceptional villa is situated on a private estate just one kilometer from Tahiti Beach. From the house and its terraces there are views of the sea and the Bay of Canoubiers and the Alps in the distance. The pale pink house with white shutters is surrounded by magnificent gardens with lawns, rose beds, palms, olive trees and fruit trees. Within the garden, in a superb location, is the swimming pool (20 x 9m) with steps at either end and an overflow effect along one side. The pool terrace is furnished with teak outdoor furniture and there is a summer kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine and a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The pool can be heated on request and on a lower level, there is a shower room/W.C. The interiors are equally impressive with white painted walls, white furnishings and marble tiled floors, leading out to the covered terraces, furnished with attractive wrought iron furniture, also upholstered in white. In the spacious and light living room, there are many beautiful antique ethnic pieces of furniture and many of the doors are antique Chinese. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a game room and two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor. There is garage parking for two cars, a security system and a boules court on the property.

There is a cook to prepare breakfast and 1 meal/day (lunch or dinner). The cook doesn't go shopping. Food items and drinks are not included.

Although this villa is a 6 bedroom, it only sleeps 8 people.

The security deposit is €1,000, plus WIMCO holds a credit card with clients signature on file for any additional charges that maybe incurred. This property requires a two week booking. There is a 5% service charge on all one week bookings.
