Property Information

Villa SIB ABT is a beautiful villa situated in Anse des Lezards, with all day sun and constant breezes. Modern, minimal style using a color scheme of white, cream, beige, black and mauve. Polished concrete has been used throughout the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. The living and kitchen areas are situated in the same open plan room, which has high ceilings giving the room a sense of space and luminosity. Sliding doors lead on to the covered pool terrace where there is a dining area al fresco. The pool has a fabulous sun deck on the far side and is an idyllic spot for sunbathing. The master bedroom is located next to the living area and opens directly to the covered terrace and pool area. The two other bedrooms are situated in two separate bungalows, one on the same level as the main villa with the third lower down from the villa. Under the main villa is an exercise room which doubles as an office with internet connection.
