The property is located in the hills above Ellicottville. It is 3.3 miles to Holimont ski area and also 6.6 miles to Holiday Valley. It is located on a picturesque piece of property. Just think when your eating breakfast in the morning you can look outside and see deer, fox, turkey, and many varieties of birds.
The log home has a wraparound deck on the lower level and from the master bedroom on the second floor you have your own private deck.
