Property Information
Come and enjoy the beautiful Atlantic Ocean off Tybee's coast with white sandy beaches. This fantastic beach house is called "The Red Snapper" and it comes with all the extras!! You are overtaken with the feel of the beach as you enter each room. If you are looking for that cool, beachy, decorated home with all the comforts of home, you are in luck! The living room has a beach mural & each bedroom has its own beach theme along with their own bathroom and balcony for privacy. It also offers a quiet atmosphere in a scenic environment nested along horsepen creek. Secure parking is provided under the house in a enclosed double garage. A ping pong table and horse shoes are provided for that competitive sportsman in the group. It is convenient to the beach by using the 2nd Street entrance off of Butler Avenue. Handy to many of Tybee's fine restaurants, quaint shops, Tybee lighthouse, historic forts, museum, parks & marina. We offer our guest HD TV, CD player, WIFI, FM/AM radio, various books, movies, & a informative booklet of the surrounding area to help you plan your days of events . A gas grill, beach towels and beach chairs are also furnished for your convenience. Customer service is our biggest asset, come & try us out. You will love Tybee Island and the friendly, local people who reside here year round. Keep in mind, the beautiful, historic city of Savannah is only 20 minutes away. Savannah was given to President Lincoln by General Sherman as a Christmas gift during the Civil War. Fortunately, it was spared from burning flames, possibly because it was such a magnificent city founded and planned by General Oglethorpe. It is located on the Savannah River which divides Georgia and South Carolina. There is so much to see and do, so plan on sticking around to visit these two fantastic cities.

Tile floors , marble tub surround, brushed nickel hardware w/silver mirrors, fresh white towels, etc. are supplied for each bathroom along with free toiletry gifts added to each bathroom.
Each bedroom has their own balcony with furniture + plus grill on second balcony beside the dinning room & kitchen. Each balcony has a nice view of the marsh/creek with plenty of nice trees & palms to catch a nice breeze. The Master bedroom has King Bed with HD TV. Each bedroom has their own bathroom & vanity & walk-in closet.
We do not supply paper products, but to be courtious to our guest, we supply you with your first roll of toilet paper for each bathroom; first roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a box of kleenex & hand soap in all bathrooms to start you off. You will need to purchase them thereafter should you need them. All linen, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen towels, etc are furnished. We do not furnish hair dryers, so please remember to bring your own. We apologize for the inconvenience; we tried supplying them, but unfortunately it didn't work out. You will find maps & brochures in the house from the Visitor Center. We also accomodate you with a notebook of information concerning the area . We hope this will assist you planning out your days here at Tybee Island and in the beautiful city of Savannah. |
