A great place to unwind with a cocktail, sit in the swing & cool off under the arbor's ceiling fan. You can grill out while listening to the sound of running water from the dolphin fountain & enjoy the breeze from the palm & banana trees in this shadded area. Surely this will capture an evening you won't forget! The cottage has a spacious living room with a 52" cable TV, DVD, & AM/FM radio with CD player. The kitchen is totally furnished with all your cooking needs along with dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, reading area & walk-in closet. The new bathroom is tiled and consist of tub/shower, single vanity, & linen closet filled with your linen supplies. You're location couldn't be better! You are close to beach, restaurants, shops, fitness center, Memorial Park (which has playground equipment, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts & bike route), entertainment, arts/crafts, grocery store, ATM, and even the library. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! Did I mention you have a washer/dryer too? And for those who love ice cream - it's just a walk around the corner and it's the best ice cream Tybee has to offer! Hurry! what are you waiting for -- you'll be glad you did!!

Tennis Court, Playground, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Beach, Gym, Restaurants, Library, 7-11 store, church, etc. are just a few steps from your front porch.
We do not allow pets, although we have made some exceptions. Please inquire before booking a rental. The cottage is approximately 3 ft. off the ground. About 3-4 steps & you're at the front door. You are in walking distance to about most everything including the pier and lighthouse.
