Property Information
The condo at Villa Eau Claire is located on Magens Bay, right on the water. You can enjoy a wonderful time in this unique condo with direct access to a sandy little beach and just a few steps away from "Little Magens Bay Beach".
The place has been completly renovated and nicely furnished.
Go down the stairs and you are right on the beach and in the water. Relax on our private beach deck equiped with a shower.
You can also stay on the wide deck of the apartment and laze on the longue chairs the all day long.
The apartment is a 2 bedroom condo (1 king size + 1 twin bedroom)with 1 bathroom, living and dining area, office corner,open kitchen, laundry facilities on the site. It accommodates 4 people and is perfect for small families with 2 small children. The views and the sunsets can not be missed.
The apartment is provided with a flat tv set, connected to Dishnetwork and a DVD/Cd player. No need to bring your laptop. The apartment is wireless and has his own desktop and laptop. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities.

Villa Eau Claire is 2 minutes away from Magens Bay main beach, 15'from downtown Charlotte Amalie and its shopping, 15' away from Tutu shopping area and about 20' from the airport depending on the trafic.
Our hostess Julia will welcome you at the airport and guide you to the villa condo.

| Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and any request for changes must be made faxed or emailed to the owner.If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 80 per cent of your total rent will be refunded and 20 per cent of your total rent will be retained by the owner as full liquidated damages. However, if your cancelled dates are rebooked by another guest, 80% of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights rebooked, and 20% will be retained by the owner as full liquidated damages. |
