Located 6 miles from the ocean on the scenic Siletz Hwy 229 - 10 minutes from the Salishan Spa and Golf Resort, Depoe Bay or Lincoln City. 30 minutes to Newport, OR.
Have a great vacation. Enjoy peace, tranquility, and beauty, from 1800 feet of decks. Average 70's summer climate is mostly exempt from the coastal wind and clouds surrouded by meadows and trees. Purest healthiest air in the USA.
Just relax, read a book, soak in the Jacuzzi, listen to your favorite CD, Hike, Kayak, ride your ATV or horse in the surrounding national forest. Best Fishing area on the Siletz,
clamming, crabbing, beach combing,or take a kayak trip in one of The Ranch's free Hobie Mirage Kayaks.
Great for Weddings, Family Gatherings, Special Events. Seating for over 100 guests on the main deck and parking for 75 cars.
Spring steel head and Fall salmon fishing is fabulous at the ranch. They come from all over the world to fish here.

Additional Rate Information
$300 Refundable Security deposit for the house. Additional house keeping is
available….
Booking is confirmed by the receipt of a 50% deposit.
There is a $85 cleaning fee for the house Balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
For longer term rentals, weekly housekeeping visits are
complimentary. The final housekeeping visit is $85.
Cancellations must be 3 weeks prior to arrival and are
subject to a 10% charge or minimum one night rent.
