Property Information

MANDERBACH LODGE
Number one Canterbury Woods rental at the Peak n Peak Resort for 2007 and 2008. This is the only five bedroom Canterbury Woods Condo.

Five bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeps 21. This Condo is meant for large groups.

First floor: Living room, with queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with King and single sleeper sofa, full bath with walk in shower and tub, washer and dryer and extra half bath.

Upper floor: One bedroom with queen, one bedroom with pyramid bunk beds (full on bottom and single on top) plus extra single. One bedroom with queen and single. Full bath.

Lower level: Walk out basement and ski right out your backdoor. Pool table, second living room with two queen sleeper sofas, bedroom with full bed, full bath, second refrigerator and second dryer.

Additional Rate Information

Dec 01-Dec 18 ..... $300/night.
Dec 19-Jan 03 ..... $425/night.
Winter weekends ... $425/night.
Holiday weekends .. $450/night.
Winter weekdays ... $300/night.
Sales tax is additional.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Checks and PayPal are accepted.

Check In: You can check in at 8 am if there is no one in there the night before. Shortly before check in I will send you an access code to enter the condo. You can go directly to the condo. No need to check in at a front desk.

Check Out: You can check out at 6 pm as long as no one is coming in right after you.

Required Stay: Two to three night minimum depending on time of year and whetther it is connected to a holiday.

Deposits: 50% payment required to secure rental. An additional $350 security deposit is required.

Lodging Tax: 7.75%

Other Fees: An additional one time cleaning fee of $100 is required.

My husband and I made reservations for our family and a friends family last winter. We reserved the Manderbach Lodge and it was the luck of the draw. All I can say is that it spoiled us. We have stayed in several different units and I always request this one. The decorating is pleasant and there is lots of space for large groups (we have taken seven kids with six adults). It is right on the slopes for ski in/out and the golf course is across the street. I love it!

The home was immaculate and was truly a one-of-a-kind ski-in/ski-out without having to walk more than a few steps without skis. With new snow falling each of the last three days, we could not have asked for better conditions from either the mountain or the home. We hope to come back again.
