Property Information

Take a lot of history and a lot of charm -mix it with a
great location and you have the perfect Key West
Hideaway. A house that was built and operated in the
late 1800's as the city's hack concession and stables,
has been transformed with bits and baubles from
around the world - carved headboard from Thailand,
bed from Costa Rica, and the locally sculpted Spoonbill
standing on the well that provided water to the stables.
The kitchen is complete down to the most important
item - the drink blender! The spa pool lets you cool off
between lazy naps on the porch and contemplate your
"night moves" - BBQ in or off to one of the Islands great
restaurants and finish off with a nightcap under the
tropical stars and palm trees at Island Oasis.

Payment Options: Amex, Visa, Master Card, Discover.Checks Accepted for deposit.

Required Stay: 3 night minimum

Deposits: Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.

Lodging Tax: 12.5%

Cancellation Policy: Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee and $25 handling fee, upon 30 days written notice. If cancellation occurs within the 30 day cancellation period, the entire stay is non-refundable.

Other Fees: Additionally there is a non-refundable $25.00 reservation fee charged for each reservation.

Other Policies: (minimum stay requirements may apply for Holiday periods and/or Special Events.) Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
