Get away in this most desirable Port Aransas oceanfront community. Gorgeous Gulf Coast 'flamingo pink' three bedroom three bathroom beach house is a vacation dream house and was featured recently in the San Antonio Express Sunday News.
The great room has a beautiful open living room and dining area professionally decorated in a sophisticated island style. There is also a breakfast counter seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen, has stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.
Step out of the French doors from the living room or Master Bedroom to a spacious deck. Relax and enjoy the sea breezes with your morning coffee on the either of the two decks. WI-FI Internet access to connect your laptop, DVD player, plasma TVs in the living room and bedrooms, with Satellite TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. A King bed in the master bedroom, and a full bathroom with a jetted bathtub and separate shower . The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, with another full bathroom in the hall. On the ground floor there is a private suite that has a sitting room area with a sleeper sofa and a Queen bed. The suite has a full sized refrigerator , microwave and sink, a bathroom and a laundry room.
The miles of beautiful beaches are just steps away on the private boardwalk to the beach. The in-town location of this beachfront community is close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the new Arnold Palmer Golf Course. The restaurants and all of the Port Aransas fun are close by too. There is restaurant on the beach, a short walk away. A beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner too. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The yearly sand castle contest held every April, is just over the Dunes, on the beach.
Plenty of covered parking. Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please no more than two dogs, there is no extra charge for pets. Arrangements for boat parking at no charge, can be made by request.
This is the perfect Port Aransas vacation rental for a quiet weekend for two, or comfortable enough for a family gathering of up to eight.
