This newly renovated fourth floor unit is located in the middle building and features marble floors throughout also a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and upgraded appliances. In addition to these upgrades, you also get to enjoy the fabulous direct ocean view from an oceanfront balcony and or living room, as well as from the master bedroom. Access to the balcony is through sliding glass doors in the living room.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a television. The private bath has an enlarged master bath complete with jacuzzi tub.

These Villas are conveniently located next to the Marriott Beach and Golf Hotel which has specialty shops and restaurants.
