Located on the second floor, this villa offers beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean, pool and grounds from both the living area and both bedrooms. The living room, dining area and kitchen are beautifully appointed with all new furnishings, tile floors, granite countertops and unbeatable views of the Atlantic!
The master bedroom is furnshed with a king size bed, a television and a large private bath with a garden (oversize) jacuzzi tub and separate step-in shower.
In addition to a balcony which joins to the living area balcony, the guest bedroom is furnshed with two twin size beds and a television . The second bathroom, which is accessed from the guest bedroom and the hallway, has a jacuzzi tub/shower combination.

Hampton Place is an oceanfront villas in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways leading to old-fashioned swings and a private beach access surround the large oceanfront pool complex.
Hampton Place has two large pools*. A children's pool, hot tub, extensive sun deck, covered gazebo and picnic tables with adjacent outdoor grills complete this setting. Bathrooms and showers to rinse off from the beach are available. Also the complex is conveniently located next door to the Hilton Oceanfront Hotel which has specialty shops and restaurants.
