Bella Vista is an "original Seaside cottage" built in 1981 on Tupelo Street. Its quaint beach decor with its oversized screen porch have made it a favorite family destination for many years. Being just the second house on Tupelo puts it only a few steps to the beach pavilion. The cottage sleeps 5 with 2-queen bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, living room with single sleeper, dining room, snack bar and kitchen all on one level. Spend your day at the beach or enjoy Seaside's private pool and tennis facilities. If you need more room, add Margarita Days to your reservation. It's Bella Vista's little sister house that sleeps 4 in a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 2-story cottage immediately behind Bella Vista. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL IN SEASON. Parking for 2 cars.
Rate includes up to 4 amenity passes to Swim & Tennis Club. If needed, additonal pass available for extra charge.

It was a magical week at Bella Vista in one of the most beautiful areas in Florida! Such a treat for my family! This is a great beach house. Only like 50 steps to beach. Hanging out on the enclosed porch was our favorite past time while at Seaside. This is a comfortable and beautiful home. We really enjoyed our vacation. We will stay here again and again.

Our stay at Bella Vista was incredible. The Beach is just a few steps away from the front door. My family spent much of our time on the spacious front porch as we soaked up the wonderful atmosphere at Seaside Beach. Bella Vista was clean and the floor plan is ideal for a family intent on enjoying there stay in paradise.
