Dining room adjacent to kitchen with cute nook. Main floor has a queen bedroom with small TV and full bathroom. The sun porch has the single twin bed just off the living room. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a large 1/2 bath. Freshly painted and lovingly maintained, if grandma had a darling beach house, this would be it!
