Step back in time and experience Old Seagrove at "Happy Daze". This 1600 square foot gulf front home is all on one level making it easy access for guests of all ages. It's private beach access is just a few steps out the door to our beautiful white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico. It's comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 9 with a queen bed in the master, a full in the second and 2 sets of bunks in the 3rd bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. There's an extra twin bed tucked on the enclosed gulf front porch. The house has vintage pine-paneling with terrazzo floors making it a classic beach destination. The Timpoochee Trail, an 18 mile bike and walking path that parallels 30-A, runs right by the house. It's a perfect family getaway and only a short stroll or bike ride to Seaside and nearby shops and restaurants. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL TIL LABOR DAY. Parking for 4 cars only.
