Gas BBQ on patio. Fully appointed kitchen with microwave, coffee maker & grinder, dishwasher. Laundry facilities and vending & ice machines on site. Easy walk to beach, Gearhart Golf Links 18 hole golf course just across the street as well as "McMenamins Sand Trap" restaurant & banquet facility.
