Our weekly rates represent $$$ SAVINGS compared to the rate charged by a leading property management company for an identical unit with the same floor plan, interior design, and amenities.

Unique angled floor plan with GULF FRONT views from every room including ALL bedrooms. All rooms open onto a huge 28 foot, 400 square foot balcony, in addition, our 3 bedroom unit offers a private Gulf Front balcony accessable from the master suite. Clear glass balcony railings that enhance the view and provide safety. Very spacious condo with 9’ ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with GULF FRONT views.

The Third Large Bedroom in unit 1001 features two FULL-size beds with decorator furnishings, TV/VCR, closet, and bathroom
