Property Information
"Sunrise" is a modern two story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a 2 car garage, and a roomy 2,100 sq. ft. floor plan. The home has vaulted ceilings, a tropical theme, and contains all the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay.
The master suite is a true retreat with its own fireplace, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has a jetted tub and a beautifully tiled shower. The other bedrooms upstairs are a queen, full, and a smaller bedroom with a twin.
Downstairs there is a private room/den with a full size futon for extra sleeping space. "Sunrise" also has a living room and family room with a 60 inch 1080i big screen to view movies or tv. The kitchen is modern with all the amenities needed to cook or entertain, and is surrounded by two dining areas, and a wet bar around the corner.
Outside there is a generous patio with seating, and a gas barbeque to enjoy the nice private, fenced yard. "Sunrise" is also part of a community association, so there is access to a swimming pool, tennis courts and a hot tub during the summer season. Located less than 10 minutes from downtown and in the beautiful Lakeridge community, this home is a great place for your next vacation or event.

*These rates do not include our $125 cleaning fee for each stay, or the 12% room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
We require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).

Reno Nevada Vacations:
If skiing or whitewater rafting sound good to you, Reno, America's Adventure Place, is the place to visit. A new 2,600 foot whitewater park now runs through downtown Reno. If you can't quite make it to Geneva or Innsbruck this winter, try Reno.
The many glittery and glamorous nearby casinos, both in Reno and at South Lake Tahoe, offer year-round indoor entertainment including games of chance, fine dining, and nightclubs. A variety of live entertainment, ranging from gala productions to intimate comedy clubs are always available.
Reno is also host to many popular events including Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, Artown, the Reno Air Races, the Reno Rodeo and the Great Reno Ballon Race. These events are extremely well-attended and draw participants from all over the world. We encourage you to book early if you plan to attend one of these events.
Reno Ski Vacations
Nearby Lake Tahoe is, of course, a major destination for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the many available sports and other activities the area has to offer. Skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and cross-country skiing, are all within one hour’s drive of Reno at the many ski resorts in the area, including Mount Rose, Heavenly, Alpine Meadows, Diamond Peak, Northstar, Squaw Valley, and Boreal. You can ski at Lake Tahoe during the day and still enjoy the clubs, restaurants, and casinos in Reno at night. Or, for a quieter evening after a day on the slopes, imagine warming up in front of your own fireplace, and then relaxing in your private hot tub. A ski vacation in Reno really does make sense!
Reno Golf Vacations
Golf in Reno, Truckee, Graeagle, Carson City, or Stateline during the day and spend the evening enjoying the shows and comedy clubs available in downtown Reno. Or for a quieter time, imagine a great day of golf at Old Greenwood in Truckee, Edgewood Tahoe in Stateline, Lakeridge in Reno, or even the Dragon in Graeagle, followed by a barbecue in your own private garden and a great old movie in your living room. Reno is host to many popular events including Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, Artown, the Reno Air Races, the Reno Rodeo, and the Great Reno Balloon Race. If you love old cars, super rodeos, great tasting ribs, fast airplanes, or loud Harleys, Reno has a special event just for you. For those who are participating in a Reno Special Event, a vacation home in Reno is ideal – you can enjoy riding your Harley, shining your ‘56 Buick, or soaring over Reno during the day, and sleep comfortably at night knowing your “toy” is safely tucked away in your own garage.
The More Unusual In Or Near Reno
Burning Man - An annual week-long end of summer experiment in a temporary community. Over 25,000 people from around the world gather in the Black Rock Desert, 120 miles north of Reno to build and live in Black Rock City.
Virginia City International Camel Races - An annual event held in September featuring camel, ostrich and water buffalo races. One of the top 100 events in the country.
Sand Mountain - A huge sand dune that was created when sand from surrounding flats, once a part of the bottom of ancient Lake Lahontan, was blown against nearby mountain walls. Over centuries, the sand accumulated into a huge pile, several hundred feet high. Located on Hwy 50, 32 miles east of Fallon.
Truckee River Whitewater Park - Located in Wingfield Park in downtown Reno. The new whitewater park includes a 2,600 foot long whitewater course with 11 drop pools, a slalom racing course, and 7,000 tons of smooth flat rocks along the shores for easy access and spectator seating. |
