Master bedroom has Gulf front view with 1 King, second and third bedrooms each equipped with 1 Queen and the fourth bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Guests at Finally Ours are located perfectly to enjoy miles of shoreline and expansive views of the Gulf waters. Play in the surf, soak up the sun or leisurely stroll along the water's edge from this comfortable location. Well equipped kitchen with all your cook and dishware plus coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher and in refrigerator ice maker. Comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, linens are provided. Free internet. Beach level hot and cold water outdoor shower available for your convenience. No pets, no smoking. Wrap around covered deck and open sun deck with built in benches.
Bed Sizes: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Linens are provided.
No Smoking, No pets. Reservation is subject to 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $150 cleaning fee. $500 refundable damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations and 30 days prior to arrival for spring, fall and winter seasons. Please note: Wi-Fi service on the Island can be spotty and Wi-Fi consistency, connection speed or strength cannot be guaranteed. Linens are provided. 3 night minimum rental, summer season rentals available on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday. Snowbird monthly rentals available for the months of January or February only.
