| Required Stay: Holidays - 3 Night Minimum
October 1st – May 31st - 3 Night Minimum
June 1st – September 30th - 2 Night Minimum
(minimum nights may very according to Home Owners Associations or local ordinances)

| Deposits: 1/3 of total rental amount is due at signing of Occupancy Agreement. In addition travel insurance premiums offered to our clients is also due at signing, if accepted. |
| Lodging Tax: 11.5% TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX
On all stays less than 29 nights |
| Cancellation Policy: If Occupant cancels 30 days or less of arrival date, all rental costs and taxes are forfeited. The security deposit, pet deposit, cleaning fee and any pool/spa heating deposits will be refunded. If Sun and Fun Vacation Rentals is able to secure a paid rental for the same period of time, the monies for those re-rented days would be refunded to the original Occupant less 25%.
