Welcome to our new luxurious (hi-tech) 1 bedroom Airstream in Taos, New Mexico. It is located in Arroyo Seco area on 4 acres in the foothills between the Historic Plaza & Ski Valley. (Close to Everything!) This fully insulated Airstream (4 seasons) has dual heat (gas & electric), air conditioning, bedroom area with a comfortable full/queen bed, dining table for up to 4, a desk & office area, full kitchen, full bathroom, flat screen HDMI DVD/TV, CD stereo, Wi-Fi/Hi Speed Internet and a flagstone patio with a hot tub, stainless steel bbq grill and spectacular mountain views. Attention Skiers, Bikers & Hikers!!! This is one of the BEST locations to experience Taos as the National Forest (Biking/Hiking) can be accessed from our property. Arroyo Seco has the 5 star restaurant Sambrusco's with gourmet food, live music a great bar. the Taos cow features great breakfast, lunch, espresso & ice cream. In addition, the Taos Plaza (Restaurants/Shopping) and Ski Valley are both a short drive from the property. The kitchen features a gas stove with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining area turns into an extra bed that will sleep an additional adult comforatably or two kids. The 300 sq. ft. flagstone patio has a stainless steel gas grill, patio/dining furniture and a cedar outdoor hot tub for those evening stargazing moments. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $15/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10. We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal items. 11. Hot Tub: Shower before & no children under 18 w/o adult supervision. 8am to 9pm. 12. Use caution on wet floors, near hot tub, steps and especially icy areas. 13. Leave units as you found them except detailed cleaning. 14. We are not responsible for “Act of God or City/State.” No refunds for weather, electrical, water etc. 15. House Rules: City quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Turn off or dim outdoor lights & be quiet after 9pm. 22. Please watch your speed & drive slow through our private neighborhoods. 23. Housekeeping: If unit is not clean/ready at 4pm or arrival. 24. DNM has the right to move you if necessary to a comparable or upgraded unit. |
