West Coast Villa II is a 1500 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home centrally located in Castro Valley, California in the San Francisco East Bay Area. This is a great vacation rental home for sightseeing because it is in the center of the Bay Area with easy freeway access to all the attractions you want to see. This luxury villa features wonderful amenities and is perfect for a family vacation, weekend retreats, wedding parties and out of town guests visiting the San Francisco Bay Area.
This home away from home sleeps 6 or 7 guests and can be rented with our Villa 1 property for groups up to 24 guests.

This kitchen was designed and built by an outstanding craftsman in Canada and imported for your pleasure and was featured in a designer magazine.
This Villa comes with everything you need to make your gourmet meals.
For those days when you want to eat at home, we provide an elegant dining area with genuine leather seating - so comfortable you may never want to leave. The table comfortably seats 4, but can squeeze in up to 8. The kitchen, eating area and living room make up a large open floor plan so you can enjoy the TV or gas fireplace from all three areas.
Each bedroom comes with elegant draperies, plush carpet, extra pillows and bed linen. You'll have a telephone nearby and High Speed Internet access. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and many options for lighting. Each bedroom has its own unique architectural detail. Don & Krista, Your house worked wonders for our reunion - the main house (Villa I) as a center of activity and the smaller house (Villa II) as a safe haven for after dinner silence. Your landscaping was the first thing I noticed and made all the difference in the world. The roses, the hibiscus, and the healthy fruit-bearing trees made the entire week feel abundant....I especially enjoyed your attention to detail (ex. the shampoo matching the bathrooms, the faux flowers and large painting). We had the privilege of staying in the West Coast Villa II during the Thanksgiving week. We were very impressed with the wonderful accommodation provided and the hospitality that we received from Don and Krista. They made us feel very welcome and were readily available to help us find everything we needed in the Bay Area. The Villa is beautifully furnished with everything we needed to make us feel right at home. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher and all the amenities that one would have at home plus the beds were so comfortable. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. We're so thankful that the Villa was available to us upon our visit to the Bay area and we will certainly stay there again. Truly a lovely vacation home and we would highly recommend it. |
