Ocean Sonata is a comfortable 2 story home that includes a spacious living room with a cozy brick fireplace, a large dine-in kitchen, and expansive oceanviews. There is a tidy mudroom that greets you that includes pet accessories to welcome them, too. Entering the house, on the right is a short hallway to a roomy bedroom, walk-in closet and a bath across the hall. On the left is the living room and kitchen area. Upstairs is another roomy bedroom with a bath and walk-in closet; expansive windows bring in the spectacular oceanview including the Pt. Cabrillo Lighthouse. The house sits on high ground to offer a panoramic view of the ocean and neighborhood below. A private pond with a shaded bench awaits for quiet contemplation or to read a good book. The large dog park is gated at both front and back, a nice space to keep your "best friend" happy. Ocean Sonata is centrally located and minutes from Mendocino Village, Pt. Cabrillo Lighthouse Preserve, Caspar Beach, and Fort Bragg activities. Stay and relax, be active, or both --- it's your choice!
