Property Information
We can accommodate 4 groups and provide the baby items, including port-a-crib, high chair, bathtub, and safety gates - no need to rent. We work w/events planner for weddings/Spas/anglers/golf/birthdays/anniversaries and offer year round discounts. We're close to all Festivals, including: Seafood, Mullet, Jazz, Wine, Art, and the Fishing Rodeo.

Step out on to the white sand beach or relax on decks w/romantic views of the Emerald green Gulf. Beautifully decorated w/tile floors w/three decks, includes private apartment on first floor. TVs, VCRs, DVDs, and video/book library. Wine upon check-in. Gourmet coffee packs; shampoos and soaps; and beach toys, floats, umbrellas, and chairs/chaises provided.
We book tee-times and fishing trips and offer discounts on your stay w/us.
We work w/a local wedding/events planner, who can provide you w/professional photos of you and your pets on the beach. She also arranges fishing and golfing events.
We're close to the Silver Sands Outlets and all Festivals, including Seafood, Mullet, Art, Jazz, Wine, and the Fishing Rodeo.
First Floor Apartment has kitchen w/full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, stereo/CD player, cable TV, DVD and VCR w/video library; Queen sleeper sofa in Living/BR, and separate BR w/Queen bed, Full Bath, and deck w/steps down to beach. Deck has table, 4 chairs, and chaise lounge.
Second floor has beautiful views of the gulf with fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, disposal, compactor, refrigerator w/ice maker; espresso, margarita, ice cream, and waffle machines; gourmet coffee packs provided; dining room w/10 chairs and 2 barstools; 2 Queen sleepers, which can be used at the same time; cable TV, DVD, VCR, video library, half bath, living room with attached Deck, over beach, for watching dolphins. Deck has a charcoal and gas grill w/table, 4 chairs, chaise lounge and Adirondack chair w/cushions provided.
Third floor Master bedroom with Queen bed has its own TV, DVD, and private Deck and private bath. Deck has table, 4 chairs, chaise lounge and Adirondack chair w/cushions provided.
Third floor Second bedroom has its own TV and DVD w/private bath and Queen bed. Soaps and shampoos provided.
Convenient location just a few miles from mid-bay bridge, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Harbor. Great sunset views east to Sandestin and west to Destin. Stargazing and wine-sipping at night from decks. Wine provided upon check-in.

Dave and Cindy Dyal , Palm Beach Gardens, Fl This place is wonderful. Where else can one walk out the back door and right into the water? We set up camp on the beach the first day and enjoy it every day, all day. There are great eating places and shopping close by when the sun gets too hot. We love it and this will be our 4th year.

Thank you so much for leasing my family and I your second home in Destin. We truly enjoyed our family vacation. The condo was in a absolutely perfect location! Close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping spots. Plenty of room in the bathrooms and bedrooms! We had no trouble with parking or our neighbors. Everything was right where you said it was and having all those lists over the house made it easier for us to return everything to the right spot. Having four little ones running around wild and you having most of the baby stuff supplied in the condo took a large toll off our backs and packing!! We plan on rebooking next year and hopefully every year after that! Thanks again for adding to our wonderful family vacation in Destin! We will see you next year!!

We enjoyed your home so much. In all the years I have been coming down and the different places we have stayed, you have the most well equipped home. We would very much like to stay with you again next year. I will have to wait until my daughter gets the school calendar to know when fall break will be, or I would go ahead and make reservations now. Usually it is around the same time each year.
