Property Information
BEST DEAL ON THE NORTH SHORE.
Located on quiet beachfront street in a gated neighborhood on Crozier Drive. There is a beautiful view from every room. Colorful plants and coral trees in the half-acre landscaped yard bring an essence of paradise to this home. You can see Mt. Ka'ala in its green splendor from the bedroom and living room. The bedroom and living room have separate split-system air conditioning units to keep you cool year round. Or open the windows for tradewinds and the sound of the waves and birds chirping.
The ocean is less than 100 feet away. The access to a sandy neighborhood beach is only seven houses down the street. Less than 1 mile from Polo Fields and Sky Diving at Dillingham Airfield.
The kitchen cabinets are new. The laminated wood floors, wooden blinds, bathroom tile and paint is almost new. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable California King bed with high thread count linens. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and linen closet. Tropical furnishings make you feel like you are living in an island retreat. Guests park in their own private carport attached to the rental. The sky is fantastic at night because we have minimal street lights to interfere with the brilliance of the stars and planets. The owner lives on site so no parties please!

| Deposits: Initial payment of $200 that is applied toward rent |

| Cancellation Policy: One night’s stay will be forfeited should you cancel this reservation with more than 30 days notice and I am unable to match the reservation with an alternate one. |

Gated neighborhood for security. Terrific mountain views. Quiet peaceful setting on 1/2 acre across the street from the beach. No neighbors in the back yard with open area of over 3 acres. Lush tropical landscaping. Bunny and guinea pig live in cages in the carport so fun for kids. Twin bed in living room. Cal king in bedroom. Elevated Aerobed queen for extra guests. Full kitchen except no range. Hot plate and wok and gas grill available.
Property Activities
Surf at Haleiwa, Sunset, Mokuleia, Pipeline (if you dare) and Waialua surf spots. Sky diving and Glider planes and Ultrlights at DIllingham Airfiled. Polo games on Sundays in spring and summer at beachfront polo field (horses not water polo!)
Hiking, kayaking, biking, snorkeling. Do it all on the North Shore of Oahu!
