Dance, dance, dance...the beach is really hot...dance, dance, dance...just can't stop! Sound like fun, fun, fun? Well, the Beach Boys may not have been thinking about Gulf Shores when they wrote some of their famous lyrics, but if they knew then what we know now, they sure would have. Dance your way into your family's hearts and spend some quality time at Dancing Dolphin, a handsome, newer multi-level 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located right on the Gulf of Mexico. Natural light streams in from the many windows and doors on the south side of this home or relax on the outside balcony watching waves roll in over the pristine white sand. With great room appeal, the living and dining areas open into the kitchen spacious enough for all the chefs in the family to whip up their favorite southern recipes and there's enough seating around the counter height bar to command an audience. The added pantry area even has an additional full size refrigerator as well as a built in desk; two dishwashers help make clean up easy. The master bedroom on the southeast side of this main level has a king bed and large private bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. For convenience, there is a half bath. Heading up to the second level of this sunny, cheerful home are the four guest bedrooms as well as an additional sitting area, perfect for an afternoon read. The bedding includes a king, queen, two double beds, and a twin bunk with a sleeper sofa. There are three full baths on the second level, one of which is private to the gulf front bedroom with a king bed mirroring the amenities of the master bath. A full size laundry facility is also located on this level. Dancing Dolphin is a great home for any group and who knows, you may even have a chance to dance, dance, dance with a dolphin or two?

| Required Stay: 7 nights in-season, 3 nights off-season |
| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and Changes
We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
