Property Information
The White House is a direct Gulf-front home located approximately 5.7 miles west of Highway 59 on West Beach Blvd. This appealing home is multi-level with four bedrooms and three plus a half baths. The main level of The White House includes a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facility. Featuring vaulted ceilings and marble tiled flooring, the expansive stretch of windows and large covered/open deck offers a majestic view of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, this level has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The northeast bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The southwest bedroom has a king bed and private full bath. Both of these bedrooms have deck access. The northwest bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk bed. The second level of The White House offers the master suite featuring a king bed and two sofas, one of which is a sleeper. The large private bath features a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The master suite has private deck access. All bedrooms are carpeted. This home is non-smoking.

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
