Property Information
This two-story home is located in the Beachside Romar Subdivision in beautiful Orange Beach. Calypso Breeze has four bedrooms and five baths with access to a common pool, tennis court and a large gazebo by the pool and tennis area. This beautiful home features multi-level decks for fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The main level of the house offers two bedrooms, living and dining area, kitchen and full-sized laundry room. The living room and dining room are very spacious and open. The kitchen is fully-equipped with well appointed appliances including an ice machine. The master bedroom on the main floor offers a queen-size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom on this floor offers a queen-size bed and utilizes the hall bath. Also, on the ground floor of the house is a large recreational spa. There are ceiling fans throughout the house.
On the second level of the house there are two bedrooms and a sitting/reading area in the hall. The first bedroom on the second level has two sets of bunk beds (the bottom beds of the bunks are a double and the top bunk is a single bed). This bedroom has a private bath. The second bedroom on this level has a full-size bed and utilizes a hall bath. The third floor offers a cupola for a spectacular view of the beach.

| Required Stay: 7 nights in-season, 3 nights off-season |
| Deposits: Advance rent payment will be equal to 1 night's rent per week or a minimum of $300.
If more than one week is reserved, advance payment is equal to 1 night's rent per week.
In Summer seasons, rental balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and enjoy the convenience of our, Express Check-in Service.
Additional fees are required for all Kaiser Realty, Inc. management approved family events such as weddings and anniversaries

| Cancellation Policy: We know you won't want to, but if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or change dates, you must give us advance notice in order to receive a refund of your advance rent less a cancellation fee. The reservation processing fee is separate and is not refundable.
Condominium Reservations - 15 day advance notice for daily and weekly stays. Weekly reservations in Summer seasons cannot be shortened.
Beach Homes - 90-day advance notice for Summer and Early Fall Seasons, 30 days in Off seasons.
Monthly Rentals - 90 day advance notice.
If less than the minimum notice is given, your required advance payment will be forfeited to the property owner unless the property is rebooked for the entire stay.
